Project overview

After Telia's (then Sonera) online brand renewal, multiple online self-services needed to be redesigned and tested with live prototypes. Work was done in cooperation with Art Director, Service Designer and third-party vendor developers, creating a responsive, more user-friendly experience.

Telia self-services allow customers to perform multiple administrative tasks online.

Sonera Omat Sivut

Two-step renewal of self-service channels. Majority of designs were handed over as live prototypes for development teams. FWD Helsinki delivered design and components for 2011 online brand renewal, and soon after that self-services were redesigned to meet modern standars.
